Handling of return consignments:
- Please navigate to the button "My Orders".
- Select the order concerned and click on the symbol in the column „activities“ .
- Follow the further instructions.
- You will receive a return note immediately, which must be attached to the return. Otherwise the goods cannot be allocated.
Costs of return consignments
Consignor is the perpetrator of the return (e.g. wrong goods delivered, damaged goods):
You will not be charged with any costs, Istac takes care of the whole transaction.
Consignee is the perpetrator of the return (p.e. wrong goods ordered, selection-order):
The return takes place on the client´s expense and occasion – franco domicile Istac GmbH, Titanstraße 3, 4062 Kirchberg-Thening
Alternatively, we offer a return consignment through an Istac Promotion GmbH collection order. Our Service Team will inform you about the costs.
When I am allowed to do a return consignment?
Returns must not be returned to Schwarzmüller employees or Schwarzmüller company buildings. The return goods must be in the original packaging unit (no partial removal) and original shipment packaging. The goods must arrive in saleable condition, otherwise a retraction is excluded. Return consignments must be arranged unexceptional through the Schwarzmüller Shop with the button “return consignments” to enable an automatic handling.
Important: please attach the return note to the consignment – otherwise the consignment cannot be allocated clearly, and the credit cannot be arranged!
All prices are exclusive the statutory value added tax.
