Order process

How can I order in the webshop?

1. Shopping Cart
Select the products you want to order by clicking the "Add to Basket" button. This places your product selection in the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time before submitting your order by changing the number of products, deleting the selection by clicking on the trash can symbol to the right of the items, or canceling the order process. By clicking on the button "€ order now" you will get to the next order step.

2. Check billing address / shipping address
If you already have a customer account, please log in with your e-mail address and password, otherwise please register as a new customer. Check that all information is correct and please read the General Terms and Conditions carefully. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (https://shop.schwarzmueller.com/en/gdpr/). Any other use or transfer to third parties does not take place. If you are already registered, now check your billing address and choose whether the delivery should be delivered to the billing address or to another address. Clicking the "Continue" button takes you to the next order step. You can only continue with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions (tick the box).

3. Shipping Information
In this step you will be shown the shipping costs for delivery to your desired delivery address. Clicking on the "Continue" button will take you to the next order step.

4. Discount Codes and Vouchers
If you have a discount code or voucher code that you would like to redeem, please enter the code in the appropriate field. By clicking on the "Redeem" button, the discount/voucher code becomes active. If the discount/voucher code is valid, the message "Code accepted" appears directly below the input field. If the discount/voucher code was not accepted, a pop-up window appears with the respective error message. Clicking on the "Continue" button will take you to the next order step.

5. Order overview
You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping costs, as well as redeemed discounts and/or vouchers. Check that the information is correct. By clicking the button "Order now with payment" you get to the last step of the order - the payment.

6. Payment
Select your desired payment method here and enter the necessary data. By clicking on the "Pay now" button, you send your order to us. You are hereby submitting a legally binding offer.
